Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice

This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to huaris.ai and of people who contact Huaris AI by email is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version is the reference text; in case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.

Data controller

For services offered under the Huaris AI brand, the data controller is Huaris Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Huaris Technology). Contact: [email protected].

Personal data processed and how it is collected

  • Contact data: your name, email address, and if you share them, phone number, organisation and job title
  • Content data: the content of the email you send and its attachments
  • Technical data: server access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information)

The site has no forms, cookies or analytics tools. Your personal data is obtained when you send us an email and through server access logs.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your requests, scheduling a discovery call and preparing proposals. Legal basis: necessity for the establishment of a contract and the legitimate interest of the controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
  • Ensuring the security and technical operation of the site. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller and compliance with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-f and 5/2-ç).

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers that supply email, hosting and similar infrastructure may access data to the extent the service requires. If such providers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by the relevant legislation. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information if it has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7 and to have this notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
  • To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
  • To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

How to apply

To exercise your rights, send your request together with information that verifies your identity to [email protected]. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request (KVKK Art. 13). You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
